Refund Policy

At Life Partner Matrimony, we are committed to delivering quality matchmaking services with transparency and integrity. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or premium service.

Once a user purchases any of our Premium Membership Plans, and the service has been activated or used, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction.

  • Technical Error: If the payment was processed but the membership was not activated due to a system failure.

  • Service Not Rendered: If none of the premium features were made accessible after payment, despite repeated follow-up.

Refunds in these cases will be processed only after verification and approval by our billing team.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please send a written request within 7 days of the transaction to:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Date and Amount of Transaction

  • Reason for Refund Request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.

  • Premium Membership once activated

  • Profile promotion or ad services

  • Charges paid for personal relationship manager or express interest boosts

  • Voluntary account deletion by the user

  • Refunds due to not finding a match

If your plan includes auto-renewal, you can cancel it anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. No partial refund will be provided for the remaining duration.

Life Partner Matrimony reserves the right to refuse a refund request if:

  • The request violates our Terms & Conditions

  • The user has misused the platform or submitted false information

  • The user has already received benefits of the premium services
